MāK Interiors

March 2, 2015

A turquoise backsplash always my heart sing! The gorgeous fish scale tile was the inspiration behind this dream kitchen designed by Amber Kingsnorth of Vancouver-based MāK Interiors. The custom turquoise glass tile by Edgewater Studio definitely makes the space and adds a ton of character, but I also love the sleek cabinetry, brass hardware, and great breakfast nook! Plenty of seating for the family of six! You don’t want to miss out on more of this stylish home built by by Dakota Homes…for more photos by Makito Inomata and to read about the home, go here!

    That backsplash is divine!!

I am wondering why there are so many different seating areas, I mean, I get the difference between a breakfast nook, a bar, and a dining room, it just seems kind of overkill to have all that within arms reach, plus a desk, and all with different chairs…. is this just me? Or does that seem…overkill?

I agree with Feisty to many different seats not coordinated. But still awesome. Can anyone source the light over the table. loving it??
