How fun would it be to gather your whole family and stay here at “High Cotton”, a stunning WaterColor, Florida beach house?! It sleeps 16, so there would be plenty of room for mine! The incredible custom-built home by Chi-Mar Construction was designed for families who love to entertain, with a goal of elegance and ease. The kitchen would have to be any chef’s dream come true, we’re looking at high-end everything! But I’m seriously blown away by the great room…those windows!   3. Such a gorgeous home! We stayed in one similar to it when we vacationed in Florida for a week. Needless to say, I hated having to leave!

  7. It's beautiful! but sadly Watercolor, and Seaside, and other like "communities" are a non-stop merry go round of vacation renters, and not that much for long term permanent residents.
