So there we have it!! We have finally reached the end of this incredible dream home tour! Located in Highland, Utah, the 9,390 sq foot home was built by Titan Constructors with interior design by Lindy Allen of Four Chairs Furniture. Interior designer Kelsey Wells of The Wells Collection helped a lot with the design too, including all of the window treatments throughout the home! And we can’t forget the gorgeous photography by Hiya Papaya!
First things first, that mudroom! Love the grasscloth wallcovering, but the showstopper is definitely the custom coral locker designed and built by Benjamin Blackwelder Cabinetry! Ben actually designed and built all the cabinetry for the home and did a fantastic job! Now on to the basement. What a dream space it is! I cannot tell you how much I love the home theater area…it looks so incredibly comfy and cozy! And how fab is that kitchen and pillow-lined dining nook?! That bottle light fixture?! And the candy bar!? All so fun!!
I hope you all enjoyed this home as much as I did! Some days it’s fun to totally daydream about living in a place like this! For more information on the home, go here! (It’s where I found a floor plan I’ll share below!) And if you see something in the home that you love, visit Four Chairs Furniture or contact them for more info! Have a great weekend!! 🙂

I love looking at these tours, as someone who has bought things from 4-chairs I love the design and everything they have done here! The only thing I was left with was confusion however on the owners? Do they have tons of kids? who needs a kitchen that big- the kitchen to me was the most perplexing.. I felt like the house was a bit obnoxious in the end. Beautiful for sure, but too big for my liking.

I'm with bechtold clan-9000+ square feet?! A house a fraction of that size is still huge. It makes no sense to me no matter how nicely it's decorated.

I walked through this house in the parade of homes, too. If they can afford it, then why not a house this big? Maybe they love to entertain and have people stay with them. Who knows? There were other houses in the Parade of Homes that were much larger. There were a couple that were close to 20,000 square feet! This is personally too much square footage for me, but if they want it, then more power to them! It's a beautiful home and flowed really well!

Heeeey, this is on my home turf! (I grew up in the town just 5 minutes north of Highland). For reference, there are LOTS of homes in this area that are this size. There are also lots of families with 5, 8, and even 10 kids. There are 5 kids in my family and we were considered on the small size of average. Beautiful home!

This is my brother-in-law's home and it is amazing! While the kitchen area may be huge, it was absolutely perfect for hosting Thanksgiving for almost 60 of just our immediately family and all of our kids (my nieces/nephews) and a few great grandkids now. Having two kitchens was perfect for cooking upstairs and down at the same time and wow, 3 sinks actually came in handy while we were all prepping different things. Best of all, we all ate in the same room/main floor area and enjoyed every minute together as a family. Post dinner, the basement came alive with chatter, movies, pool, pingpong and air hockey while others lounged out on the back porch enjoying the mountains. Definitely a home that allows for fabulous entertaining, especially for someone with a large, extended family. 🙂

I'm so glad you posted, Bonnie! I think most people have smaller families and gatherings than this, and can't imagine needing all the space. We have 30+ for get-togethers (those are just the local contingent), and there is a lot of creative crowding going on in our average-sized homes. I'm happy to hear this home is getting well used and loved!

I would love to see a bigger version of the floor plan. The one provided is small and I can't make it bigger without it becoming very blurry. Anything with dimensions would be awesome! I love this home, but I need to shrink it quite a bit for my small family (and budget), but there are wonderful elements that I would love to incorporate in the home that we build. Thank you in advance.
