Any glimpse into a Nantucket home makes me happy, especially when the home was designed by Boston-based interior designer Annsley McAleer of Annsley Interiors….I just love her fresh use of color and pattern! This beautiful home photographed by Ben Gebo immediately had me at hello with the bright and open foyer with its beachy artwork and fab chandelier! I’m really loving all of the bedrooms too, such gorgeous fabrics and pretty colors! The pop of coral in the last one is so striking! I love the photo of the square ottoman with the lemonade on it and those bedrooms are dreamy.
Most of this house is feeling a little too formal for me, but there are some wonderful moments. The dresser in the last photo is to die for. Well, everything in that last photo (including the lamp and the Frenchie painting); I love the entryway and hello … you had me at Chiang Mai Dragon.
I love the light blue and white bedroom – so soft looking – and the matching day-bed/window-seat – bliss! Some rooms make you just never want to leave!
