Fiddlehead Design Group

August 8, 2011

A lot style, a lot of function…that’s my kind of kitchen. This one designed by Andrea Dixon and Jen Ziemer of Fiddlehead Design Group out of Minneapolis has all that covered and more! The owners of this early twentieth century Victorian home wanted to maintain the historical integrity of the home, while adding more storage and better workflow in their kitchen. I love how the designers mixed contemporary elements, like the fab back-painted glass backsplash, with all the traditional elements. And did you see the built-in coffee center?? Lucky ducks! See more of their work here!

    Lucky ducks indeed! LOL

I can't believe this kitchen belongs to a Victorian home. I really like it. But again, any kitchen with a beautiful table in the middle can steel my heart! 🙂

    Have a blessed week, sweetie!

I love the pops of orange against the light turquoise walls and the backsplash. It makes me smile. Very cheerful.

What a great remodel; I bet the homeowners are pinching themselves. I think my favorite is the kitchen table. I have to ask, what is the paint color?
