Shanna LeRoy & Ashley Russel

November 18, 2010

When I saw these beautiful photographs taken by the talented Shanna LeRoy out of Saratoga Springs, Utah, I almost regretted that I’m going away for Thanksgiving! What a serene environment to celebrate, I just adore all the details. Ashley Russel is the creative force behind what you see here…a true master at the whole trash-to-treasure thing. Check out her blog The Quirky Sophisticate for more of her projects, and check out Shanna’s blog here for more fabulous photography!

I completely adore the eclectic and rustic/shabby chic vibe going on here. LOVE it!!

I'm searching high and low for white cabinet kitchen ideas. Any ideas? 🙂

Fabulous inspiration! I love the creativity of the table setting and how they've repeated the stripe of the wall with the smaller, more bold black and white striped placemats. Wonderful creativity…

absolutely lovely! I am enjoying the serenity of the pale grey stripe (usually striped walls make me edgy) and I love the little quiet touches of soft aqua – then the strong striped placemats come in and give the whole room a much-needed bit of dark grounding!

I dont even like french country, shabby chic…but the colors here are so soothing. The stripe wall. I am a huge fan of anything striped.

Adore everything about this room! I'm in the beginning stages of refurbishing a large dining room table and chairs and I love the finish on the one pictured here, gives me a major jumping off point. LOVE the "Fresh Cider and Hayrides" sign, but because I'm in sunny Southern California, am thinking if I recreate it I should paint it to say "Cold Beer & Surfboards" and line it with seashells instead of acorns!

    * OH MY!!! What a BREATH OF FRESH AIR this oh-so-charming setting provides!

    * The uniqueness of the "tablecloth", the way the chairs were "finished" (or should I say "unfinished~ FAB!), the creativity of the centerpiece… well gee, I could just go on and on! (And onnnnn!)…

*** THANKS FOR SHARING this DELIGHTFUL TREAT!***

This room is my favorite thing! Does anyone know the colors used on the stripe wall?

I’m Erin and I am obsessed with the color turquoise. I started this blog to collect inspirational photos I find of fabulous rooms that feature all of the lovely shades of my favorite color. For even more turquoise, visit my shopping blog Everything Turquoise!
