Gilmore Design Studio

August 13, 2015

When it comes to creating elegant yet functional spaces, Tracy Gilmore of Gilmore Design Studio out of Santa Monica, California is a true expert! Her style is classic, clean and comfortable, which is exactly what I love about this beautiful home she designed, captured by Gilmore Photography! Well, that and all the accents in pretty shades of blue! The dining room took my breath away. Love the subtle stripes on the wall, lighting, artwork, chairs…seriously perfect in every way! The kitchen is fantastic too, a total dream kitchen, right? And I LOVE the breakfast nook! You have to see more of the home–including a gorgeous master suite! (The shower is amazing!) Go here to finish your tour!

Hi Erin, I rarely comment on your posts but for a while now I wanted to let you know that your blog is my most favorite of all 🙂 You are consistent, show us beautiful pictures, and pick just the right words to describe them. Many times I have to go back up to look at the details you mentioned that I missed. Anyways, thank you for the little daily escape. I look forward to it every day. It might also help that I am a turquoise fan 🙂

Love the seeded glass cabinet doors and the subway tile backsplash. I think I just found my idea for a new "bar" on the sunporch.

Your work is gorgeous. The grey, turquoise and the white go perfectly with one another and give the home design a beautiful look. That is how i like the kitchen to be. Make my house.

Love the flooring in these pics especially the darker wide planks. Do you have any info on the hardwood?

    Thanks!

Where did you find the console table for the entryway? I love the classic look of it!
