These fabulous Florida homes by Glenn Layton Homes, a custom homebuilder out of Jacksonville, are making a move to the Sunshine State so appealing right now! (As is the super cold weather in Minnesota!) You might recognize that last home above…it was the HGTV Smart Home of 2013 –worth a tour pronto if you don’t remember it! I just love the architecture, Coastal Beach vernacular they call it. I’m all about inviting front porches, turquoise doors and picket fences too! Total eye candy! I love the breezy, beachy look of these homes. With all the snow we've had in Boston lately, Jacksonville is looking pretty good!
Is it possible to post a list of the paint colors and manufactures? I love the look of a couple of the blue base homes and would want to make sure I got the correct colors.
