What a cute little hideaway! Denise Sabia, the designer, DIYer and blogger behind The Painted Home, turned her Philadelphia garage into an extra hangout space (aka. a “she shed” or “mom cave”) over the course of just one weekend. After spending a day clearing everything out, she decorated the space entirely with extras she had lying around her house! So many creative ideas here like the dresser drawer-turned-wall shelf. I also really love the cabinet she found at a thrift store! After giving it a makeover with some paint, she used scalloped painter’s tape (genius!!) to paint the wavy design on the back! See more of the cozy space and get all of the DIY info here!
