This colorful 1950’s ranch home belongs to Fallon and Christopher Liles, co-owners of Rafterhouse–a building and remodeling company in Phoenix, Arizona. Needless to say, the couple did some major renovating, putting their own spin on their home that once belonged to Christopher’s grandparents. With four kids (and a cute pup!) the couple wanted the decor to be clean, simple and bright. The eclectic look is super inspiring with plenty of budget-friendly finds and a great mix of old and new. I especially love the pantry door and all the cool light fixtures! Read all about the home, and see more photos by Victoria Pearson (styled by Heather Bullard) over at HGTV Magazine!

This ranch house in Phoenix is amazing! We lived in central Phoenix for 5 years and these ranch-style houses are everywhere (my favorite style). These transformations are so perfect. No reason to tear up more land to build – just remodel!
