Brittany Lee Photography

April 2, 2014

Is there a cheerier combo than turquoise and yellow?! This happy home belongs to Brittany of Brittany Lee Photography, a portrait and wedding photographer in Ottawa, Ontario! Not only super cute, but budget-friendly too! Did you notice the dining chairs don’t all match?? It’s hard to tell since she painted them all white and reupholstered them with the adorable map fabric! Of course the wall color is perfection too. She used Behr “Balmy Seas”and balanced it out with the really pretty grey (Behr “Gentle Rain”)! Love the little Ikea cart too! To read all about the space, see more pics–including before shots, head over here!

Yellow and turquoise are not colors I think to combine, but it looks lovely here.

Pretty, but…..I'm not a fan of the super high shelf, and the blank wall. It's just odd. I have that same turquoise rolling cart from Ikea in my sewing room. What a cool idea to use it as a bar. I feel like buying a few more!

I’m Erin and I am obsessed with the color turquoise. I started this blog to collect inspirational photos I find of fabulous rooms that feature all of the lovely shades of my favorite color. For even more turquoise, visit my shopping blog Everything Turquoise!
