Brooke Wagner Design is the mastermind behind the incredible home, awash in soft, refreshing beachy shades! No doubt the home’s incredible location served as inspiration here.   7. I *knew* that was Newport Beach in the very first picture! I used to live on Oceanfront in NB, and that was the view from our front slider – a long, deep sand beach to the water. It's just gorgeous. Loving this home, particularly the fabric on the sofa sectional, the flooring in the living room, and those turquoise upholstered beds.
