What I love most about this home? I’ve actually been inside it! The home was designed and built by Great Neighborhood Homes, a boutique builder here in Minneapolis, and was in the recent Parade of Homes. How thrilled I was to discover my favorite color used throughout! I can’t tell you how much I love the fresh palette of greens and blues, with fun pops of red and coral. How fabulous is the grasscloth on the dining room ceiling?? AND the wallpaper in the bathrooms, the comfy window seats and beautiful chandeliers?! Love it all! See the rest of the home with lots more photos taken by Mike McCaw of Spacecrafting/Architectural Photography right over here! And tour even more beautiful Minnesota homes built by Great Neighborhood Homes here!

I was looking for a coffee table like that forever–love it too! I don't know where they got this one, but if you search "Brickmaker coffee table" there are some options out there!

This I LOVE and love it all. Can't say it any better than what you said. I could live there forever!

Wow! The country needs more builders like this. So refreshing compared to the "builder basic" that is so common. This house is a dream from top to bottom! Best, Beth C.

Beautiful! And this is the first I realized that you were close to me… you're in Mpls… I'm just across the river in WI (New Richmond) Hi… I thought everybody else, besides me was in the South… seems like they've been talking and showing Spring forever, while we stay buried under feet of snow up here.

What a great house and so well done. I wish our area Parade of Homes was this caliber. I'm curious – what does the exterior look like?

Carolyn- This was one of the best homes we saw this year…definitely not typical of ours either!
I couldn't find any pics of the outside, but here is a rendering!

Beautiful home, however I don't think the living room coffee table works. It grabs all the attention from the other beautiful elements in the room.
If the top of the table was more finished and not so rustic it would be less overbearing.
