Mabley Handler Interior Design

August 12, 2010

Last week you all LOVED the seafoam bathroom by Mabley Handler Interior Design so much, I thought I’d share more from their portfolio. After seeing the photos, it didn’t surprise me to learn that Jennifer Mabley and her husband Austin Handler focus their design business on projects in the Hamptons. I like what Jennifer had to say in Hamptons Magazine: “A lot of our clients have similar needs for their homes, but are coming from different points of view. Some are trying to capture a feeling from a summerhouse they rented. Some people want a house where they can do a lot of entertaining; some want a house that’s very private…But they all want the same thing: to be able to relax and enjoy.” In the Hamptons or anywhere else, isn’t that really what we all want? To see more of their beautiful work, head here!

And, thanks again, Erin…You are too, too kind! And thanks to all of you for all of your kind words ๐Ÿ™‚

Janell @ Isabella and Max – Those lamps are from a store called Beach Bungalow in Sag Harbor, NY, but I don't know if they still carry them.

pillowthrowdecor – Those pillows are made by Dermond Peterson, and we got them through Fishers Home Furnishings in Sag Harbor.

Jenn @ Living Luxe for Less – Those starfish prints are from Karen Robertson…She sells to the trade only, but she can probably put you in touch with a store near you that sells them (and if she can't, let us know and we would be happy to help you out).

As for the rugs, they are made by Madeline Weinrib, available at her store within ABC Carpet & Home in NYC (and many other places). They are one of our signature pieces, we keep looking for new resources, and our clients keep requesting those!

And, for all of you who are interested in pillows…Check out the launch of this new collection by Michelle Hatch NY…They are our new favorites, you will be seeing them in all of our current and future projects! They are STUNNING: http://www.michellehatchny.com

    Thanks again for the post!
    Best,
    Austin & Jennifer
