What a gorgeous home!! Cristi and Jessi (my fav photographing duo!) of Hiya Papaya have been busy capturing some amazing homes at this year’s Utah Valley Parade of Homes. You’re looking at one of my favorites! The home builder Jeremy Ackley of Millhaven Homes, Caitlin Creer Interiors and Alice Lane Home Collection worked with stylish homeowners Brett and Julie Haskins to make this particular dream a reality! Every room is stunning–a perfect balance of color and texture with details galore. I love the open floor plan and fresh feel of the first floor, especially that dining room!! The super-cute, feminine girl’s room upstairs is just darling…LOVE that floral wallpaper so much! There’s tons left to see of this home, check out all five parts of the series at Hiya Papaya to finish your tour of this dream home!

YUMMMM…love that pink dresser!!! Ok…we need a pic…got to see that cute baby bump:) Hope your doing and feeling well!!!
Wow! Such a gorgeous home. I feel as though I'm pinning a picture every day from the homes you feature. Good taste girl! 🙂 Out of curiosity, do you feature reader homes? I do not have any professional photos but my house has a lot of turquoise and I think you'd love the decor.
What a compliment, thank you!! Yes, I definitely feature readers' homes! Please email me pics, I'd love to see!
I love the interior design in this post. Those dining table and chairs look amazing. Even though I love modern furniture, this certainly works great.
Off the charts gorgeous!
I love the wallpaper! So pretty with the blue chair next to it.

Love the glass vase in the breakfast nook! Bought one at World Market earlier this week!
Thanks Erin! You're awesome!
I love the art is this home.
What a great house – a wonderful space for a family. I love, love, love the blue and white print on the two head of table chairs.
Do you know where that wallpaper that was in the project room was from? It looked like a busy "I spy" type.

I got to walk through this home and it is beautiful! But I think you are missing the best parts! Upstairs is magical! There is a mermaid bathroom with amazing turquoise tiles, reading nook, kids family room, and a craft room down stairs.
Any idea of the source of the beach photo in the dining room? Thanks.
Simple Understated Elegance, Love this entire home, beautifully appointed and so well thought out, great use of colors and patterns, wonderful textures. Definitely worth sharing, thankyou for posting this today!
