Rethink Design Studio

June 20, 2012

One place I’m dying to go is Tybee Island. To be honest, it’s the whimsical beach cottages that I want to see most! This fabulous one designed by Joel and Erika Snayd of Rethink Design Studio out of Savannah, Georgia is totally style! I love how light and bright it is, with a great mix of vintage and modern pieces, and pops of colors layered over all the fresh white canvas. The breezy bedrooms are just so pretty too! I know there’s not a ton of turquoise, but a little bit goes a long way! You do not want to miss out on the awesome upstairs of the home, so for lots more great photos taken by Richard Johnson, head right here! (Oh and check out Rethink Design’s blog…there’s great stuff there too!)

It says the site doesn't allow pinning. I wanted to pin the pictures for future reference.

Don't know why you're getting that error, you definitely should be able to pin! You could try going to Pinterest and just re-pinning the photos! I see most of them are on there!

You must get to Tybee! It is a fabulous vacation destination with terrific beach cottages. The people are friendly, the beach is heavenly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. We loved it so much we got married there. Plus with Savannah so close it's two lovely vacation destinations in one trip!

We rented Mary Kay Andrews' house in Tybee last year, and it was one of my favorite vacations. It's so peaceful, yet so close to the great sites, shops and restaurants in Savannah. Go there!

This home is heaven! If this was mine, I'll be very excited to come home and relax… Or, should never leave this place at all. This gave me a lot of inspiration!

The colour scheme of that house is so fresh and clean – I particularly like the accents of red and blue.

I love this! I think I "pinned" every picture. :)I hope to go to Tybee Island too someday. The cabins seem to be everything I dream I'd want a cabin to look like, if I could have my own! 🙂

If you like Tybee you'll love Hilton Head. Same area and still close to Savannah. And Charleston SC for that matter. Love that whole coast.
