Lisa Mende Design

March 6, 2013

A beautifully set table never fails to inspire me–especially when there’s turquoise involved! Interior designer Lisa Mende created the stunning tablescape in her Charlotte, North Carolina dining room, captured here by photographer Lisa Turnage. I love how the colors she used for the table perfectly complement the decor of her fabulous dining room! Lisa’s signature style is traditional with a twist of trend and a pop of color, and it certainly comes through in this room. I adore the Arteriors chandelier, gorgeous drapery (fabric is Trina Turk Santorini), and artwork from talented Charlotte artists Jennifer Levine and Windy O’Connor! (Lisa provided me with lots of sources, so just ask!) Check out Lisa’s blog for lots more design inspiration and eye candy!

If you love Lisa Mende’s style as much as I do, don’t miss the sale she curated currently going on at Joss & Main! Lots of chic, colorful accents to be found!

It never occurred to me to use an indoor outdoor fabric for drapes.

First, Erin I love your blog! How is there time in the day to do all that you do? I enjoyed the Lisa Mende photos. Do you have a source for the gold sunburst mirror in the dining room? Thanks

Bonnie, You're so sweet, thank you! 🙂 Lisa said the mirror is from Julian Chichester. Pretty sure this is it:

Thanks everyone! Yes the mirror is the Hobbs Mirror from Julian Chichester, I purchased it about 5 years ago but it is still in the line. A classic I think. I also think it is handcarved. Erin you are the best! Posted link on my business page today! Sorry I haven't done sooner. Things have been crazy! How are you?
