A cook’s dream come true! Ok, even a person who just likes to bake the occasional batch of cookies dream come true (that’d be moi)! This kitchen from the October issue of Homes & Gardens and designed by Toni Silver at Mark Wilkinson Furniture really stores it all in style. I’d love to have a walk-in pantry to hide all my stuff. And the mix of open shelving looks great too, as does the purple on the lower cabinets. But seriously people…the backsplash…the color on that tile is droolworthy!

me too – the tile is very pretty. I keep dreaming about changing the tile backspash in my kitchen and this might be just the thing!

Beautiful kitchen, but I wish it was all turquoise/aqua and none of that purple. That turquoise backsplash though is to die for!
What a fabulous kitchen layout! I love the tile backsplash! Not digging the purple too much and would rather have white.

I feel like my friends would only like me for my kitchen if I had this kitchen… It is so amazing!
It's gorgeous!! I like very much.
Thanks for show us.

I love your page. My kitchen and living room would fit right in on your blog, I too am addicted to the color turquoise!
We are redoing the back splash in the kitchen and I love the tiles here. I think we have pretty much decided on the little glass tiles though.
I chose YOU 🙂 Get the picture!

Beautiful! The shade of turquoise on the far wall of cabinets is perfect…gorgeous.
Wow! I'd actually cook something if this was my kitchen! LOVING that tile backsplash, best color ever, but am agreeing with the others as to the purple lower shelves (not liking those too much, would prefer white or a light natural wood). Still, just gorgeous! — Kimberly
I want this kitchen! I'm really liking gray right now so the lower cabinets would be awesome painted gray. This is going in my design inspiration folder.
I agree with Alice, the colors are a little too all-over-the-place (for me)…Aqua/robin's egg on the far cabinets, purple on the near cabinets, and cyan/turquoise in the backsplash? There's a reason that they say sometime less (color) is more. I would have loved to see the aqua/robin's egg run all the way through the cabinets.
And I do love the open-top pantry, that is great. Truly a great chef's kitchen.
What a wonderful kitchen layout! I love the tile back-splash and Its design! Purple does not digs too much and would rather have white. Thanks !!
F-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c ! I was looking for similar projects last week, and now i see this post. I normally use breadboard to do this type of work, with one of these, job will be more easy. I was thinking, and searching others projects to do my own PCB. So, let me try my luck, maybe i can win.
