And lastly, this stunning 12′ turquoise leather Chesterfield below was part of the Soho House’s Oscars House in a room designed by George Smith partnered with The Rug Company. Luckily for us, it’s now for sale through the Los Angeles showroom of George Smith Furniture and Fabrics! Isn’t it a beauty?!
Hi Erin, You are my first yellow, what did it mean? I can see you are sunny on the inside but definitely turqouise on the outside. It is a fun little quiz, isn't it? Love, love all of these rooms, Yum . the one by Kelly designs is my fav. Kathysue
so many lovely sofas. The shades are splendid. I'm telling you no lie, I have more shades of blues and green in my apt because of you. Love nature in doors as well. Blues are so refreshing in doors. Keep up the good work Erin. : )
It's so much fun to see all of these fabulous turquoise sofas in one place! I would have probably done the same thing with the Room and Board one, although it would have been SO tempting. Have a good weekend.
Hi Erin, thank you for letting me know what yellow meant, I would agree,it sounds like you, for sure. It also sounds as if you have a Sense-sational home. Would love to sip a diet coke in your lovely home. Kathysue
Oh, too bad you took a pass! So many fabulous turquoise sofas shown, I didn't think there would be so many! Janell
Great inspiration here. I'd like to settle into that first one with a book right about now.
So funny you posted this today, I was drooling over a turquoise sofa yesterday on the Neiman Marcus website. Little pricey, but oh so chic!! Now I have all these beautiful images to remind me (justify buying?) how awesome that thing would look!!
Yes please!!
love the turquoise but really can't get past the checkerboard table. Julienne
Kathysue, I took the fun color test and I am a violet.
Oh, I forget — the sofas are fab-u-lous. In the last 2 1/2 years I have purchased a new sofa and two side chairs and wish I had been braver in my color choices. I went very neutral and I'm kinda sorry. Live and learn.
wow, you found a lot of them and they're all amazing. i especially like the sofas when they're the main point in the room, with a neutral backdrop. happy weekend!
Beautiful! I LOVE the Kelley Interiors room! Liz
Whew! Holy eye candy!! Turquoise sofas are such a fabulous change from the norm, and I think if anyone could make a velvet turquoise sofa "practical" with style, it would most definitely be you!! Have a great weekend, Erin!
Wow, I think I want almost all of them!! I especially love the chesterfield ones you chose! (and of course the velvet one I just did a post about – thanks for including me!!)
Have a fabulous weekend!!
I'm dying over the velvety goodness. Cannot believe you didn't plunk down your card right then and there!!
Great post, Erin. It's funny how most people would never buy a sofa in one of these splendid colors, but when they're in such gorgeous spaces, any one of us could hunker down for the day. So many beauties, it would be hard to pick which one. Cheers! xoxo
I don't know– had it been leather, and tufted, and curvy (like the one from Horchow) I would have just had to GO for it. My husband would have died. I have a thing for tufted leather anything.
If you do find that paint color from yesterday, please do share– I really love it!
oh! i'm so excited to see my couch up there in such good company! XOXO
jaime
your blog makes me want to sell my soul for a bit of turquoise. thank you thank you thank you for putting up a photo of a wallpapered room. i've always wanted to see what it was like to wallpaper just one side of the room. it's lovely – i think that'll be my next project!
Amazing array of photos! I'm actually getting something of a "Mad Men" vibe off some of the pix ….
ugh, that kind of shopping regret is the worst.
what a collection of marvelous looking spaces! thanks for sharing, as always.
so many amazing ones to pick from! wow I like the third one and that kelly interior with the yellow is divine. happy weekend to you dear erin.
Erin,
My mother's sofa was a gorgeous pale aqua shantung. it sat on a deep teal carpet. The walls were cream, with matching cream slubbed-silk curtains with mid-aqua trim. the window bay had a round dark cherry table, around which sat 4 club chairs upholstered in rich, deep orange. the unifying piece was a tall chair in a Braunschwig (I think) tapestry print in shades of orange/green/aqua/teal/brown. The really icky part of the room was the 3-piece glass sofa table set !LOL! oh, well – can't win 'em all…other than that, the room was lovely!

I love that first Domino one. Very clean and cheery.
Thank you so much for ALL of your sweet comments, and have a wonderful weekend!!
xoxo Laura
That first room is INCREDIBLE!
Hi Erin, Thanks so much for dropping by my blog – as I get more renovation done you will definately see more turquoise and blues as your blog is really inspiring me to get back to the colours I have always loved.
Re sofas, or couches as we call them here in Aus, I wish Ikea would bring out a pretty blue cover for the Ektorp sofa. Hopefully they will hear me!
Thank you for including us in this roundup of fabulous turquoise sofas. I also love the wallpaper in the House and Home photo as well as the living room from Domino with the zebra rug. Great post!
Great roundup! Love all those tufted sofas.
xo,
cristin
They were all great, but I think I would really enjoy #3 from House to Home! Maybe….you just need to recover a sofa you have in turquoise to make up for the one that got away! 🙂
Aw, don't you hate it when you pass something up and then REALLY wish you had got it? I know I do.
We have a teal sofa from LaZBoy. It's nowhere near as elegant, but I love it!
Very pretty! But you forgot my favorite one-the Celia sofa in turquoise by Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams. That is my "to die for" sofa or should that be "to die on", lol!
soooooo…again I borrowed some pics from this blog. You come up with the most amazing pics!

Erin, no worries, the perfect sofa in just around the corner! (at least that's what I always tell myself when I (have to) talk myself out buying something) ha!
I read the reviews about your blog in the Post! Well deserved. Sounds like your hard work will pay off.
Thanks for the visit!
Cheers!
Tina

These are all so stunning, I can't even pick a favorite. It really makes me want to try something bold.
You always give us the most beautiful photos. Thank you!
Thank you, THANK YOU for your awesome blog!! I'm working on my kitchen/living area these next few months and absolutely knew I needed lots and lots of Tiffany blue. But what to pair it with??!? Yellow? Green? Red? PINK?? Aaagh! Thanks for all the awesome inspiration and I can't wait till it's done so i can send you a pic. I love blue!!
The striped chair in the house to home picture made my heart go pitter pat. I could put that in almost any room of my house. But wait the Helen Green picture is so so lovely, one couldn't help but have sweet dreams in there. and the list goes on… these pictures are like a day spa visit for your eyes.
Yowser, what an amzing collection!!! Thanks for sharing such a great post Erin.
So…now, where do i sign up – and who do i make the cheque out to????
really lovely!
jules 🙂
So funny 🙂 I was searching the net for turquoise sofas yesterday… I really want one that colour when I get to change out my old one. Havent found any in Norway that I like though 🙁
thanks for this post 🙂
What a fantastic group of gorgeous sofas.
The Rug Company has an amazing tufted turquoise sofa here in their L.A. showroom.
I think of you every time I see it!

Erin, a velvet sofa is a great long term investment… Velvet wears like iron, right, I mean, otherwise why are there all these velvet side chairs you can get for $35 at second hand stores! I know that feeling of regret, though… I let a painting get away once that I still mourn… I can still see it in my mind's eye, nine years later, and it was only $125… sob!
Great post!
fantastic collection!!
Hi there. I love your blog have been following for sometime.
I have a few pictures on my blog you may like- all in a particular colour that i think you might like

#1 is by far my fave… i do especially love how the nip/tuck waiting room done by ellen brill is in the mix.
the couches look extremely lush
Great photos!! Hard to choose a favorite. I luv them all:)
Hi Erin, I posted a room on my post today that reminded me of you. I gave you a shout-out and put a link to your wonderful blog. Have a great day! Kathysue
Yummy deliciousness, Erin! Even if you didn't get that sofa, how wonderful that you've gotten to enjoy the thought of it all this time. 😀
Wow Erin. What an exhaustive and perfectly fulfilling search you've done. Merci for including mine. I'm in such great company! I want that one in the top photo. Stunning.
Two more things. Did I mention that I paid $95 for that sofa?
Also, I don't know if SarahB will read this (I couldn't find an email on your blog Sarah)– they do make a blue cover for the Ektorp. I have one. Here you'll see that I'm using the cushion covers only, but I did buy the whole cover:

TURQUOISE sofas in the right space with the right colors look super NICE! I would combine it with lime greens and browns…

Ahh! Inspiration overload! I don't know if I can take this much beauty in one post. I want each and every single on of these – times two!
And ever since I first saw that House to Home photo with the gorgeous wallpaper, I couldn't stop looking at it. It's the prettiest room I've ever seen!
Amazing! Turquoise Sofas add life to your dull living room.
Do you know who makes the La Dolce Vita Madrid Turquoise Sofa?
Wow! I can't believe someone else loves the color Turquoise as much as I do! I have bedding, ottoman, towels, bath accessories, clothes, you get the idea, now had my eye on this sofa and I love your sofas too! Oh, decisions! I'm a Pisces, so I think I go for this color because it reminds me of crystal clear water! http://www.defysupply.com/Palau_Aqua_Microfiber_Sectional_p/t8001.htm
What a wonderful site! Turquoise/teal/aqua are my favorite colors. I don't even know how I stumbled on this site, but I am sure glad that I did!
Great inspiration here. I'd like to settle into that first one with a book right about now.
Wowsers! I'm so excited to have found you! I bought a turquoise sofa without any regard for anything else in my house and have been fretting about how to anchor it to all my other living room pieces. Thank you for providing some sorely needed inspiration!
OMG, I came across this post as I'm struggling with the idea of buying a blue tuft couch. they are GORGEOUS, but will I hate it in a year or so?
Ugh….love these images….
You aren't helping! lol
Xo
Thank you for this lovely collection! Don't have a turquoise sofa now, but will again.
Love, love turquoise sofas. Once paired a short velvet one with pale lavender carpeting. It really worked, friends were surprised at how well it worked.
Erin, need your help. I ran across this post a few months ago and someone asked about one of the sofas. The owner said she got it from something like custom sofas.com. I found it and price comparing, they had the best price for a turquoise Francis Knoll look-alike. 899! I lost my mind. but now I can't seemtofind the website. please please please helpme with this. I'mat my wits end. it took me a month just to find this blog. btw I am now a subscriber. Didn'tknow they was this many people who are obsessed with turquoise like me. I'll have post some pictures soon.

These are awesome. I have the small Anthropologie one in pix #17 & 22. It was evidently my warm up, because I just ordered a larger much brighter turquoise sofa. Love the Horchow leather chesterfield..have tried to justify that one many times. Thanks for the snaps..gives me ideas for when the new one arrives. I'll send you some pix…when I get things all together.
SOOOO glad I found your blog! I'm getting ready to buy a new couch and desperately needed some inspriation. Love the Black and White chevron rug with the turquoise couch.

Best Brand Recliners Reviews come with their own personal blessings then that is why the two outperform your option for any kind of chair. Although you may come with a small attracting area it quite easily fits as it occupies an extremely much less floor area within the upright position
